- Popped Popcorn
- Medium Size Needle
- Thread
- Scissors
Nothing smells as amazing as freshly popped popcorn. Once it starts popping the aroma fills the air, and all you want to do is eat all the popcorn!
But what else can you do? To help celebrate National Popcorn Day on December 13th, you can let the popcorn cool and string them up for your Christmas Tree.
This is a fun little project for children and adults, and certainly the adults…I meant the children will enjoy helping string the popcorn (and eating it), so make sure you pop plenty and get decorating!
Directions:
- Make some popcorn.
- Thread a needle with a spool of string.
- Take popcorn and insert the tip of the needle into the center of each piece.
- Carefully hang your new garland onto your Christmas tree.
