Hummus is one of the most amazing things in the world. It is made up of chickpeas, lemon, tahini, olive oil and garlic. You can add whatever you want to hummus, spices, herbs or even roasted red peppers. The possibilities are endless. Not only is it super easy to make but it is fairly healthy and tastes great!
